Aso Ofi Place was conceived in February 2016 out of the frustrations of a “soon-to-be bride” at the time. I was surprised that something as little as what to wear for my engagement could cause such a huge headache!

The Issues:

Style and the ability for those making the Ofi to make exactly what I want to perfection :)

The material: I wanted quality pure cotton, non-running Aso Ofi

I wanted simple but elegant adornment

I wanted something I could convert and use after the ceremony
If you are a Yoruba bride interested in looking stunning on your day without wasting money and making sure what you buy can be used again, then you totally get what I mean.

Anyway, I started the process, chose my designs and colours and after spending about 2 months on this, the output was good but I had to make so many adjustments. Then it occurred to me, you can do this. Save people the hassle!
Then it also occured to me; you are an Anthropologist! Ensure the survival an important part of our culture!

So here we are creating designs, restoring and promoting the love for our culture and making you look amazing for that next event.
